This independent service follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1). Accessibility from the EU alone does not automatically make GDPR applicable; additional activities may require review.
There are no resident accounts, advertisements, analytics cookies or saved conversations. Search text and email drafts are processed in your browser and are not submitted to the website server. Drafts are not saved on your device.
Technical operation logs IP address, timestamp, HTTP method, sanitised path, status, user agent and referrer domain for up to 7 days. Our logs exclude request contents, passwords, cookies, authorisation headers and URL parameters. Security events are retained for 30 days; administrator audit records for 180 days.
Statistics count fixed service IDs and general navigation events, not raw questions or individual profiles. Aggregate counts expire after 13 months. Administrator sign-in uses necessary WordPress cookies.
When you follow an official link or open an email app, that provider’s terms apply. A message is sent only when you send it yourself in your email app.
An optional AI provider can be configured for administrator previews only. Before enabling it the operator must document the provider, location, legal basis and any foreign disclosure. API keys stay server-side.
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the controller identified below. Host logs and backups require separate matching retention settings. The actual host must be disclosed before publication.
